Toy Break!

Sorry for the lack of posts, but I was up in the Big Apple for a week getting some R&R with the Missus. While I was gone, some of my art got a little air time on Toy Break last week! They did a segment on Atama here in Dallas. You can see my Earthworm Jim Mega Munny in the beginning and they also focus on my Droid Quest 10 Doh. Ben also bought an Ewok painting I did and gave it to Ayleen at the end of the segment! The Atama segment starts around 43 minutes into the episode.

Lego Mega Man Custom

This is the Mega Man Lego Torch I customized for the Vinyl Thoughts 2 art show. The Lego torch came with LEDs in the feet and I wired in a third LED for the arm canon. I also sculpted the helmet and added gels to give the lights a reddish glow.

Zork A Drive

This a Squid Kids Ink A Drive I customized for the Vinyl Thoughts 2 art show.

Zork was the first computer (not game console) game I ever played. A friend that lived across the street had a computer with a modem (the kind you plugged a telephone handset into) and access to the MIT BBS. I loved this game.
